week 42/26
Notes form the week.
I only went for one bike ride this week. I sat on my favourite bench in our garden, soaking up the last days’ sun. I wrote lots in my journal and also printed lots of pictures to glue inside it. I had a coffee at Kikafe and saw an older movie that I liked. I visited Mom over the weekend.
I have nothing clever to write, even though there are a lot of thoughts and notes in my journal. They’re just bits and pieces of randomness that hardly anyone would understand.
Stuff I enjoyed consuming. Walkie Talkie with Gus Powell, Interview with Steven Strogatz which made me read short part of the Bible. The Wran - The Waterford Boys a great song and also Madra Salach at Green Man Festival. Oh, and the movie I enjoyed was No Country for Old Men.

Lately, I’ve been taking my camera with me to work. I’m interested in documenting my commute and my mornings, even though I have literally zero idea what I’m doing or what I’m looking for in the pictures. Yet here they are, some of them at least. They’re just sketches. Maybe they’ll become part of something bigger in the future, or maybe not.

I am so glad to have our garden, where only the people who live in the house can go. It’s tucked away from the street, and there are trees, a playground, and my favorite bench under a tree. I’ve spent a lot of time here

Next set of pictures from my mornings later in the week. I guess, I just like to document the ordinary.

I’m not a religious person, and I haven’t read the Bible. I stumbled upon this passage in an interview I was listening to this week, and I found it quite interesting. Honestly, I didn’t know there were such things written in the Bible. I scanned it so you can read it too (only in Czech, sorry).

A weekend at Mom’s, full of walks and mushroom picking.

See you in the next one. Maybe.
