week 43/26
It’s Monday morning and I’m lying in bed. Romča is already in the kitchen, clattering around with plates and food containers, making breakfast and packing lunch. I’m still in bed. There’s a garbage truck outside, and its amber flashing lights cast weird but fun shadows on our white wall. I’m still in bed. I lack the drive and enthusiasm to get up.
That was the first entry for Monday, October 19. I just wasn’t feeling it, and my brain was looking for any distraction to forget about “the grown-up, money-making life.” Monday mornings are tough. The rest of the week was great.
